Load status tracking

Review and Approval Process

Once your load is submitted, the REMEX team will review it for approval. The review process typically takes about 1 working day. Upon approval, REMEX will arrange pickup to the location of your loads. You can check the status of your load in the "Load" menu.
Load status updates as follows:
Under Review: The load is currently being reviewed.
Rejected: The load is rejected by Remex
In Transit to REMEX: The load is being transferred to Remex hub
On Sale: The load has been approved and is listed for sale.
Sold/In Transit: The load has been sold and is in transit.
Completed: The transaction is complete.
Problem: There is an issue with the load.
Canceled: The load has been canceled.

Load sales process

When you click on a Load ID in the "Load" menu under REMEX Fulfillment, you will be directed to a detailed view of your load's sales process. Here is an overview of what you will see on this screen.

Load Sales Process

Under Review: Your load has been created.
2.
On Sale: Your load is currently listed for sale.
3.
Sold: Buyer placed order.

Ready to Pickup: The pick-up has been scheduled.  At this stage, it is crucial that you inform the 3PL or in-house warehouse where the goods are stored about the pick-up date and ensure that the goods are ready for dispatch. Links to download the pallet label and Bill of Lading (BOL) are provided, along with the estimated pick-up date.

In Transit: The load is in transit to Buyer‘s address.
6.
Completed: The load has been completely processed and the transaction is finished.
